Policies

DELIVERY PROCESS

All bow ties listed in the store are made to order.  Please allow 7 days to complete your bow tie before it gets shipped.  Upon completion, your order will be sent with free domestic group shipping via USPS Priority Mail unless you elect for expedited shipping via USPS Express Mail.  We will always do our best to process your order and finish your bow tie as quickly as possible.

For custom bow ties, your order will be shipped within 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of your customizations. You can either choose free domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail or expedite your shipping with USPS Express Mail.  We will always do our best to process your order and finish your custom bow tie as quickly as possible.  To ensure the highest quality, we ask for 2-4 weeks to accomodate all of your custom requests.  

If you're ordering custom bow ties for a large group or wedding, please plan on 4 - 8 weeks before your bow ties will be shipped.  The timing for custom group orders depends on the size of the order, but we will always do our best to finish your custom bow ties as quickly as possible. 


SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders will be sent with free domestic group shipping via USPS Priority Mail unless you elect for expedited shipping via USPS Express Mail.  For international orders, we send your bow ties via USPS International Priority Mail and they usually arrive between 5-9 days.  


We will issue you a tracking number once we've sent your package. You will receive your tracking number right away and will be able to start tracking your shipment once your package has been scanned by USPS.  


RETURN / EXCHANGE  POLICY

Due to the unique nature of our custom bow ties, we will only accept returns or exchanges for defects in material or workmanship.  We will not accept returns 10 days after your order has been delivered.

In the rare event of a defective bow tie, please contact us immediately at info@tastyties.com.  Once we receive the defective bow tie, we will either send you a new one or give you a full refund.  We will email you a return shipping label that can be printed and attached to the original box the bow tie was shipped in.
